Feeding

Sand is received in our hopper, which is fitted with belt feeder, for effectively feeding Sand Ore to the circuit. the Hopper is also equipped with Grizzly and a belt weigher system and thus feed to the system can be controlled and monitored continuously. the belt feeder transfers the sand to the feed conveyor.. the feeding arrangement to the Hopper is not in our scope and the same can be done by a loader. feed conveyor delivers the Sand to the Combo Alpha wash station for screening and washing and de watering.

Hydro cyclone wash : X - 70

Series includes single - deck Rinsing Screen. This will offer a number of tangible benefits including primary attrition to liberate bonded clay and fines. the screen spray jets which greatly improve overall screening efficiency. the unit works as a Rinser, removing the liberated coarse particles (+5mm) efficiently. this stage gives us our first product on to the stockpile. Combo Alpha also consists of an integrated and compact fines washing unit including the required sump. heavy duty pump, and tow sets of hydro cyclones. secondary clays attrition is offered to the minus -5mm material by the heavy duty slurry pump and high cyclone velocity. this first cyclone pass will remove a high percentage of the waste solids.

Secondary hydro cyclone wash : x -70

Series also comed with dual wash technology. Secondary wash is done via a heavy duty slurry pump and secondary hydro cyclone this offers tertiary attrition and most importantly will remove a substantial level of waste sold to massibely improve the product grade. the material is discharged to our EvoScreen dewatering screen, which ensures a low moisture content of the final product.

Aqua cycle for water recovery :

The combined slurry from the washing circuit (hydro cyclones overflow) will pass to water treatment tank to rapidly settle and control the tallings. Dense sludge of circa 450-550g Liter will be issued from the integrated heavy duty pump for discharge to a remote designated settlement area. clean recycled water (thickener overflow) is immediately released from the system and piped to the water preferable to the majority of other mechanical settlement aids as there is virtually no agitation of the sludge bed and polyelectrolyte usage is kept to a minimum; circa 5 to 7 times less than some other well-known systems. furthermore the ability of the system to pump waste solids to a remote area for final settlement means that valuable plant area is not taken up for sludge control.

Easy settle System :

The sludge is discharged to the sludge pond by an in-built slurry pump. A high pressure flixible Feed pipe is connected to existing slurry pipeline that is carrying the sludge to the pond. The polymer is first properly mixed and stirred by the agitators within the Flocstation ® tank (part of Easy settle system) and a proper solution is prepared. The dosing system is equipped with rotameter to check necessary flow rate and allowing required adjustments. PLC panel controls the entire process automatically. An assemble of In-line mixer is intalled on the slurry pipeline to facilitate proper mixing of polymers with the sludge during dosing. The mixed solution of slurry and polymer is there after fedto the sludge pond consistently. As an effect of polymer mixing with sludge allows the sludge to adhere to each other quickly by draining out water content from its formed structure, clear water oozed out from it and the slurry is gradually solidified. The clear water recovered from the sludge can be pumped out from the pond for reuse.
